Job Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will serve as a trusted partner to our clients, managing end-to-end recruiting and ensuring a seamless, compliant hiring process. You will use your recruiting and sourcing sourcing expertise, client relationship management, and workforce strategy to help our clients attract, hire, and retain top talent while supporting scalable, efficient recruitment operations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to understand business goals, culture, and workforce needs

  • Consult with clients on job requirements, compensation, and hiring best practices

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation

  • Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and proactive outreach

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and future client roles

  • Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure both skill and culture fit

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate timely feedback between candidates and clients

  • Use Momentum's and client applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage workflows and ensure compliance

  • Assist with ATS setup, implementation, and optimization

  • Track and report key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and placement success

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable EEO, ADA, FLSA, and employment laws

  • Represent both Momentum's and client brands professionally during the hiring process

  • Promote client employer branding through social media, job fairs, and referral programs

  • Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process

  • Contribute to process improvements and best practice sharing across recruiting operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting in or talent acquisition experience, a combination of education and experience may be used in lieu of formal education requirements

  • Experience working in a multi-client organization is preferred
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, aPHR, or PHR) preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail

  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients or requisitions simultaneously

  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to change

  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion

  • Must be within commuting distance of Ogden, Utah
