Description

 

• Receive Yearly HR Plans from BUs’ & Shared Services HR department. Detailing next year’s workforce requirements, in order to acquire an understanding of the required profiles to establish recruitment plan accordingly

• Handle the screening tasks related to Blue Collars (Future 0) and Middle Level jobs (Future 1) IRCs

• Conduct preliminary “behavioral” interviews for Future 0 &1 candidates to ensure their eligibility and fitting against the required soft skills derived from Group’s Competencies Framework and log. Outcome on the system (Pulse).

• Follow-up with BUs’ HR over the status of the “Technical” interview (Pending/Done/Outcome) for the Shortlisted candidates, and provide assistance upon need. 

• Become actively on the lookout for hiring people with special needs & Disabilities

• Act based internal transfer request to fulfil open IRC(s)

• Follow up with HR on the implementation of the On-Boarding program for newly hired people by reviewing Probation Reports’ outcomes to assess the effectiveness of the selection programs aiming to ensure highest retention ratios.

• Manage social media through CCD for any job posting on social media in order to widen the selection process at the best performing recruitment channels (responsiveness, quality and costs). 

• Plan and participate by building and maintaining external relationships and conduct awareness programs and recruitment activities in universities, technical schools, job fairs and forums, recruitment channels and related agencies to ensure building a data bank of eligible candidates.

 • Create and analyze statistical reports related to the projects implemented 

• Organize NAPCO National employees referral process, including referrals and managing bonus requests.

 • Perform recruitment placement test and background reference checks as needed.
