About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people, recruitment, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, etc.)

  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage feedback, and ensure timely communication

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and talent outreach campaigns

  • Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends to support decision-making

  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house)

  • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office

  • Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of local labor laws and hiring practices in Saudi Arabia is a plus
