We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people, recruitment, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, etc.)
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage feedback, and ensure timely communication
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Assist in employer branding initiatives and talent outreach campaigns
Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends to support decision-making
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house)
Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of local labor laws and hiring practices in Saudi Arabia is a plus
