We are seeking a highly organized and proactive contract Talent Acquisition Specialist to join At Spirax-Sarco to help support Parental coverage from September to June 2026. This role will provide crucial support throughout the full-cycle recruitment process and work closely with the Sr Recruiter and HRBP's to ensure a flawless candidate and hiring manager experience. The ideal candidate will be diligent, a solid communicator, and passionate about ensuring an efficient hiring processes continues. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers across multiple time zones.
• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting through offer acceptance, with potential to take on full-cycle recruiting of assigned requisitions independently.
• Ensure the applicant tracking system (ATS) is consistently maintained and updated with precision and meticulousness.
• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on internal and external job boards.
• Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely and professional communication throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare and process offer letters in collaboration with Sr Recruiter & HRBP.
• Partner with the Sr Recruiter and HRBP to track recruiting metrics and generate regular reports.
• Update internal processes, trackers, and intranet as needed.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
• Facilitate all VISA candidate's process.
• Engage in ongoing improvement initiatives to elevate the candidate and recruiter experience.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a recruiting or HR support role; previous experience with full-cycle recruiting support is a plus.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong focus on detail and dedication to data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
