Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
Conduct market research to stay informed about salary trends, talent availability, and industry demands.
Source candidates through databases, networking, and outreach; review applications to identify top prospects.
Screen candidates and present qualified individuals to hiring managers for interview consideration.
Verify candidate credentials, references, and background information.
Provide coaching and guidance to candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.
Represent the organization at job fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities.
Follow-up post-interview to gather feedback and assess candidate fit.
Coordinate travel, meetings, and accommodations for candidates and hiring teams as needed.
Ensure recruiting processes comply with all applicable EEO, ADA, and employment regulations.
Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities:
Strong verbal and written communication skills; skilled at interviewing and candidate engagement.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
In-depth knowledge of EEO, ADA, and employment law compliance.
Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or other HRIS/ATS systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other recruitment-related tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of two years of experience in human resources or a recruiting-related role.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
SHRM’s Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential is a plus.
