Are you a passionate people person with a knack for finding top talent? Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and play a critical role in shaping our workforce by identifying, attracting, and connecting outstanding candidates with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruiting strategies.

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about salary trends, talent availability, and industry demands.

  • Source candidates through databases, networking, and outreach; review applications to identify top prospects.

  • Screen candidates and present qualified individuals to hiring managers for interview consideration.

  • Verify candidate credentials, references, and background information.

  • Provide coaching and guidance to candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.

  • Represent the organization at job fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities.

  • Follow-up post-interview to gather feedback and assess candidate fit.

  • Coordinate travel, meetings, and accommodations for candidates and hiring teams as needed.

  • Ensure recruiting processes comply with all applicable EEO, ADA, and employment regulations.

  • Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; skilled at interviewing and candidate engagement.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

  • In-depth knowledge of EEO, ADA, and employment law compliance.

  • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or other HRIS/ATS systems

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other recruitment-related tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of two years of experience in human resources or a recruiting-related role.

  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

  • SHRM’s Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential is a plus.
