The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring the effective attraction and selection of qualified candidates while providing a positive experience throughout the entire process.
Execute the full recruitment cycle for high-volume positions, preferably in call centers or fast-paced hiring environments.
Conduct candidate phone screenings, preliminary interviews, pre-screening, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain effective and professional communication with candidates and internal teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Manage and update information in recruitment systems/ATS and office tools (Microsoft Office or similar).
Support the implementation of recruitment best practices and talent processes according to business needs.
Bilingual (Spanish/English).
Dynamic, self-starter, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Previous experience in high-volume recruiting.
Knowledge and experience using office systems and ATS (preferably Workday or similar).
Availability to travel to different locations as needed.
Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources.
