The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring the effective attraction and selection of qualified candidates while providing a positive experience throughout the entire process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Execute the full recruitment cycle for high-volume positions, preferably in call centers or fast-paced hiring environments.

  • Conduct candidate phone screenings, preliminary interviews, pre-screening, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

  • Maintain effective and professional communication with candidates and internal teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

  • Manage and update information in recruitment systems/ATS and office tools (Microsoft Office or similar).

  • Support the implementation of recruitment best practices and talent processes according to business needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English).

  • Dynamic, self-starter, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Previous experience in high-volume recruiting.

  • Knowledge and experience using office systems and ATS (preferably Workday or similar).

  • Availability to travel to different locations as needed.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
