At AstroPay, we move fast and hire even faster without compromising on quality. We're looking for a hunter—someone who doesn’t wait for talent to apply, but goes out and gets it. You’ll own the end-to-end recruitment for all roles across multiple regions. Your network? Critical. Your drive to find the best? Non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing to closing.
• Identify, engage, and convert world-class talent across Product, Tech, and Business teams.
• Build and maintain a high-value global talent pipeline
• Partner with hiring managers advice and search top talent 
• Use data and technology to optimize hiring funnels, improve velocity, and boost quality of hire
• Represent AstroPay's culture in every interaction. We’re radical about transparency and ownership—so are you.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–5 years in global talent acquisition, ideally in high-growth tech environments.
• Strong network in the global tech/startup ecosystem.
• Proven ability to recruit for high-impact roles across regions and disciplines.
• Hunter mindset—creative sourcing, strategic outreach, and relentless follow-through
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
