This role is ideal for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant looking for a new challenge. You’ll have the opportunity to broaden your skills, take ownership of your work, and grow within a business that prioritises learning and development—22% of our team earned promotions last year.

🔹What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, you’ll play a key role in shaping our internal hiring strategy and supporting the growth of a purpose-driven consultancy. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews across teams and stakeholders

  • Screening candidates efficiently and effectively

  • Writing and publishing inclusive, engaging job adverts

  • Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline using our in-house ATS

  • Proactively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter (including Boolean search)

  • Championing a positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding

  • Attending industry exhibitions as needed

  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition Lead

🔹What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who’s motivated by impact, autonomy, and continuous learning. You’ll thrive here if you bring:

Essential skills:

  • Experience coordinating interviews and screening candidates

  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search

  • Confidence in writing and posting job adverts

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills

  • Experience in headhunting and proactive sourcing

  • Familiarity with the construction sector

  • Experience on using in house ATS

Desirable (but not required):

  • Knowledge of project controls

  • 5+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience

  • REC recruitment qualifications

  • Experience working in an SME environment
