About the Role:

We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support Minetek’s internal recruitment needs, attracting and securing quality talent across a range of roles and business functions.

You’ll play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment, combining proactive sourcing, effective candidate engagement, and practical recruitment strategies to meet the business’s hiring requirements.

Working closely with the TA Manager and hiring managers, you’ll help deliver timely, quality recruitment outcomes that support Minetek’s ongoing growth and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and attracting quality candidates through LinkedIn, CRM databases, and other relevant channels.
• Partnering with the TA Manager and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing and selection strategies.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment across Minetek, including screening, interviews, reference and background checks, and offer coordination.
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs across technical, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate functions.
• Providing recruitment updates, candidate insights, and market feedback to support hiring decisions and keep recruitment processes progressing efficiently.
• Delivering a positive candidate experience while maintaining accurate recruitment records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally internal talent acquisition experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple vacancies across different roles and business functions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, with the ability to attract talent through a variety of recruitment channels.
• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial roles will be highly regarded.
• Sound stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing recruitment demands.
• Proactive and commercially minded, with strong recruitment systems knowledge and a focus on delivering quality hires and a positive candidate experience.
