POSITION SUMMARY

The Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Specialist plays a key role in supporting The Travel Corporation’s recruiting operations while proactively building strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner, this role combines proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruiting coordination to support an efficient, high-quality hiring process.
The position focuses on identifying and engaging top talent for corporate and specialized roles while supporting key aspects of the recruitment lifecycle including candidate outreach, phone screening, interview coordination, ATS management, and offer administration. This role helps ensure a seamless candidate experience while enabling the Talent Acquisition Partner to focus on strategic hiring initiatives and senior-level recruitment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESÂ

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Proactively source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and talent databases.
- Conduct targeted outreach to passive candidates and assess initial interest in opportunities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring, specialized, and hard-to-fill roles. Conduct market mapping and talent research to support strategic hiring initiatives.
- Support diversity-focused sourcing strategies to expand and diversify candidate pools.
Candidate Screening & Recruitment Support
- Support full-cycle recruitment activities for select roles including operational and high-volume hiring needs.
- Conduct resume reviews and initial phone screens for select roles.
- Present qualified candidate profiles and sourcing insights to hiring managers.
- Assist in developing interview guides and candidate evaluation materials when needed.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Partner to prioritize sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines for critical roles.
Recruiting Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate interview scheduling across candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage job postings and requisition updates within the Applicant Tracking System.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS data integrity.
- Assist with offer preparation and background checks and coordinate the handoff to onboarding.
Candidate Experience & Communication
- Serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Provide timely updates, interview logistics, and scheduling confirmations.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience aligned with TTC’s service culture.
Reporting & Process Support
- Maintain recruitment pipeline tracking and sourcing activity reports.
- Assist with recruiting metrics and reporting for leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, sourcing strategies, and the overall candidate experience.

- Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Build proactive pipelines for priority and hard-to-fill roles through targeted sourcing and candidate outreach. Provide talent market insights to support hiring strategy and workforce planning.
- Recruiting Operations & Candidate Experience: Ensure an efficient hiring process through effective interview coordination, candidate communication, and ATS workflow management. Deliver a professional, high-quality candidate experience.
- Hiring Efficiency & Recruitment Support: Support improved time-to-fill through proactive sourcing, candidate screening, and recruiting coordination while managing full-cycle recruitment for select level roles.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE
 Â
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience, with 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or candidate sourcing, ideally supporting corporate and professional roles within a dynamic, service-oriented organization.
- Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks, along with experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with experience conducting initial candidate screens, managing interview scheduling, candidate communication, and recruiting logistics across multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage candidates professionally and partner effectively with hiring managers.
- Proactive sourcing mindset and curiosity.
- Strong relationship-building and candidate engagement skills.
- High attention to detail and process discipline.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
