    Primary Purpose:

The Talent Sourcing Manager leads Uplift’s proactive sourcing and pipeline strategy to attract and engage a diverse pool of candidates across all roles. This position drives talent market research, sourcing innovation, and candidate engagement strategies while developing systems and tools that strengthen Uplift’s talent pipeline and employer brand.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    Pipeline Development
    • Develop and execute sourcing strategies that proactively build diverse pipelines for all roles across the network.
    • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and align sourcing priorities.
    • Oversee sourcing campaigns across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, and CRM).
    • Analyze sourcing data to measure channel effectiveness, pipeline conversion, and cost per hire.
    • Maintain awareness of talent market trends to inform recruitment planning.

    Team Leadership & Collaboration
    • Supervise and coach Sourcers, providing feedback, training, and professional development.
    • Partner with the Talent Acquisition leadership team to ensure alignment of sourcing goals with overall recruitment strategy.
    • Coordinate college and recruitment events, job fairs, and campus engagements to strengthen brand visibility.

    Candidate Engagement & Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates, professional associations, and community networks.
    • Oversee CRM tool to ensure consistent candidate communication and accurate pipeline tracking.

    Data & Technology Management
    • Track and report on sourcing metrics and trends to drive decision-making.
    • Support implementation and optimization of sourcing workflows within Workday or other ATS/CRM platforms.


    Education, Experience, and/or Certification(s)
    • Education Requirements:
      • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; may substitute equivalent work experience for degree preference.
    • Experience Requirements:
      • Minimum of four (4) years of proven Talent Acquisition (recruiting or talent sourcing) experience is required, with at least one (1) year in a leadership or mentoring capacity, preferred.
      • Advanced experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
      • Experience with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), preferably Workday, and Candidate Relationship Management Systems (CRMs)
    • Special Skills/Certifications:  
      • Preferred Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR), Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC), or LinkedIn Certified Professional – Recruiter 

    Required Skills/Abilities:
    • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate verbally and over email with staff, candidates, teachers, and network leaders.
    • Bilingual Skills: Spanish preferred
    • Technology: Advanced in Boolean search techniques, experience with Workday ATS or other ATS and CRM systems.

    Starting Salary: $65,000
