4–8 years of sourcing or recruiting experience within A/E, EPC, industrial, or other technical environments
Strong ability to identify and engage passive engineering talent using advanced sourcing and market‑mapping techniques
Solid understanding of engineering disciplines and technical workflows, with comfort navigating complex subject matter
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑influence skills, with the ability to advise hiring leaders using data and insights
Preferred candidates will have past experience in Semiconductor facility design firms
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strategic pipelines for highly specialized engineering and architectural roles across the company.
Conduct deep market research, competitor mapping, and talent intelligence to guide hiring strategy and workforce planning
Identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates through targeted outreach and long‑term relationship building
Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to refine role requirements and calibrate technical profiles
Analyze talent availability, compensation trends, and geographic hot spots to influence decision‑making
Leverage our Avature & LinkedIn CRM/ATS tools to track pipelines, engagement, and market insights with precision
Represent the company within engineering communities, professional associations, and digital talent networks
Collaborate with TA leadership to design sourcing strategies for critical programs and future project demand
Comments/Special Instructions
This role is for a Sourcer with a strong background in the Electronics & Semiconductor industry, specifically supporting the sourcing of Electronic Engineers for mission‑critical projects. Prior experience supporting major A/E firms is ideal. Exyte, SSOE, AECOM, Stantec, Page, and DPR are all great firms to look towards in regard to folks who have prior sourcing experience. It is even better if they worked for one of these organizations for a few years.
Needs to have and demonstrate prior Engineering sourcing experience. Avature ATS experience is a huge plus.
It will be a 6-12 month type of assignment based on work experience and success. Candidates need to be in Portland (preferred) or Phoenix for our initial review.
