Talent Acquisition Sourcer

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer connects exceptional talent with Empower's mission of expanding access to quality, affordable medication. Using advanced sourcing tools and strategic collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers, this role builds a strong talent pipeline to support innovation and healthier lives.

• Identify and engages top talent across multiple channels, including social media, networking events, and databases, professional organizations, and niche platforms.
• Develop creative sourcing campaigns tailored to critical hiring needs.
• Build and maintain a dynamic pipeline for both active roles and future workforce planning, leveraging internal and external talent pools.
• Conducts initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit, presenting top prospects to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Performs market research to identify talent trends, industry insights, and competitor strategies, providing actionable recommendations to refine sourcing approaches.
• Collaborates with recruiters and hiring managers to refine sourcing strategies and match candidates to hiring needs.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making along with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using advanced sourcing tools, technologies and strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Neuron, AI-based platforms, and CRMs/ATS (iCIMS) systems to create comprehensive talent map and competitor analyses.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing; aseptic 503a/503b sourcing preferred.
• Proficiency in using advanced sourcing tools, technologies and strategies: SocialTalent Black Belt, Boolean Black Belt, Sourcecon, ERE training is a plus
