Summary: As a Recruiting Sourcer, your responsibilities include building an ongoing candidate pipeline through research, company targeting and market knowledge.
A successful candidate will have proven relationship building skills. They will possess a blend of general business, interpersonal skill, and managerial influence, as well as the ability to conduct proactive sourcing strategies to identify and attract the best talent.
Responsibilities:
Work with client facing senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create a sourcing plan.
Educate, excite and sell candidates on the advantages and opportunities of employment with us.
Source candidates through a variety or search methods (social media, applicant tracking system, Job boards, networking, employee referrals, internet searches etc.)
Present to, and acts as a liaison with professional organizations and other workforce sources.
Work independently to develop and maintain candidate flow supporting several teams.
Qualifications:
Must have 5 or more years of experience in a strategic sourcing role is required.
Must have a history of successfully utilizing social media tools as an effective means of developing a talent pipeline.
Must have experience sourcing a variety of professional, managerial, executive and touch labor level positions across multiple disciplines.
Ability to quickly gain an understanding of the business needs and strategy and articulate the needs of a position.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Education and Experience:
Bachelorβs degree in business, human resources or another related field required. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
