Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will proactively identify, research, and engage professional and technical candidates through various platforms to build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. They will partner closely with Recruiters to understand requirements of the role, assess candidate qualifications, and maintain and build a strong pipeline for hard to fill physician and other provider level roles.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Top of funnel management of the candidate process, including sourcing passive candidates through extensive name generation research, relationship building, complex internet searches and existing talent pool database.
  • Work closely with Recruiters, develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at proactive candidate flow to meet overall organizational recruiting goals.
  • Manage multiple searches supporting all openings and Recruiters at any one time.
  • Create, deliver and present talent market intelligence and talent market data reports for Recruiters. This may include geographic analysis, competitive intelligence, and available candidate analysis.
  • Consistently document and expand our network of websites, user groups, residency and APP training programs, and any other resources utilized to identify talent.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements

  • Strong experience with candidate screening, interviewing and selection techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed deadlines
  • Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering positive candidate experience and supporting the hiring initiatives
  • Must demonstrate a high level of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism in handling confidential data
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Willingness to perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience recruiting across multiple locations or regions specifically for specialty physicians, preferred

Physical Demands:

Moderate physical activity performing somewhat strenuous activities of a primarily administrative nature. Includes sitting and/or standing for extended period of time with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
