Position Overview
At Foundation Building Materials (FBM), the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition is a hands-on, people-focused leader responsible for driving the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition function across FBM and UDHG. This role is designed for an emerging leader who is resourceful, creative, and execution-oriented, with the ambition to scale a function and the discipline to measure and communicate impact through data and analytics. This leader will partner closely with HR leadership, field operations, and senior stakeholders to deliver scalable recruiting solutions, strengthen talent pipelines, and build a modern, metrics-driven Talent Acquisition function that supports growth, integration, and long-term organizational success.
