Job Overall Summary

Develop the appropriate policies and plans to identify and select the employment methods and means; develop the recruitment procedures and programs; analyze the information and data related to each candidate; ensure accuracy of information; complete the documents; and prepare, present and keep the specialized documents and reports in the field of employment.

Main Responsibilities

- Study and analyze the development of appropriate policies and plans to identify and select the appropriate employment methods and means for vacant positions.
- Develop the procedures and programs of employment, including identifying the appropriate and effective employment channels; develop and update the employment database; and specify vacancy announcement forms in the entity.
- Analyze the information and data related to each candidate for the job; ensure the accuracy of information related to them; ensure the completion of all required documents; and ensure and archive the entry of all data related to applications for employment on the computer.
- Exchange the information; coordinate and execute the processes, including receiving and evaluating job applications, selecting the most suitable candidate for the job, interviewing job candidates, managing candidate data; and present recommendations to the managers of organizational units concerned with cooperation and coordination with the concerned parties.
- Prepare the specialized documents and reports related to employment; provide the appropriate recommendations and solutions; and display, clarify, and maintain them on the corresponding database, as per the approved policies and procedures.
