Your responsibilities:
Make cold calls
Able to speak clearly and provide customer service to candidates
Honest and proactive with your communications to candidates
Ask probing questions and articulate our clients’ values
Be able to take directions and run with an idea
Attracting candidates and building relationships
Conducting interviews and filtering candidates
To get in the door you need:
Basic computer skills (If you found this post we assume that you have them)
Be able to take direction and learn with our teams (no brainer, right?)
We prefer some sales experience but are willing to teach if you are willing to learn (everyone has to start somewhere!)
Be able to make a sales pitch to people who are looking for a career change (and help those uninformed realize why their job isn’t all that great)
Able to multitask (You know, what you do in class every day…)
Make and Keep Commitments (integrity and follow through is a must!)
Rockstar work ethic, backbone, and the ability to be a problem solver
