Inside the Role

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter II is responsible for full-cycle recruiting for a defined area of the business in different regions of the US. This role is heavily focused on proactive sourcing, building talent pipelines ahead of demand, and partnering closely with hiring managers, to deliver strong hiring outcomes.
This recruiter operates as a talent advisor, using data, market insights, and thoughtful sourcing strategies to guide hiring decisions and create a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.

We Take Care of Our Team

Position offers a starting salary range of $71,000 - $91,000 USD 

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience​. What You Drive at DTNA

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from intake through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, skill requirements, and hiring priorities.
  • Proactively source and engage talent, including building pipelines even when no role is open.
  • Screen candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate interview loops, and deliver offers.
  • Use recruiting data and market insights to guide sourcing strategy, manage pipelines, and influence hiring decisions.
  • Provide regular updates and clear communication to hiring managers and candidates throughout the process.
  • Ensure a positive, transparent candidate experience from first contact through offer.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve sourcing approaches, interview processes, and hiring outcomes.
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top candidates, while reducing the time to fill, and increasing candidate quality.
  • Strategic use of social media, sourcing tools and existing network to generate a healthy pool of qualified candidates for all positions.
  • Using a variety of techniques to discover and attract the best passive talent
  • Fully utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to screen and process applicants within the ATS.

Knowledge You Should Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years of directly related Recruiting / Sourcing experience is required.
  • Experience sourcing technical talent utilizing LinkedIn and other channels.
  • Demonstrated track record  pipelining, sourcing and assessing technical talent.
  • Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, helping them navigate the sources of talent and assisting them with assessment.
  • Skilled in offer negotiation, awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trends.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of Human Resources work.
  • Potential for travel to national and local recruiting events, university fairs and networking events, up to 5-10%.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required with an ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
  • The duties and responsibilities described may be changed as necessitated by business demands.

Exceptional Candidates Might Have  

  • Degree in Human Resources or Business preferred
  • Experience with Workday platforms
  • Previous experience recruiting for Engineering, Software, or other technical positions, highly preferred

Detroit Administration Office, Fort Mill Office - DTNA, Portland, OR US. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
