Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition or Recruiting professional eager to apply your expertise in a new and impactful way? Do you have 8 to 20 hours per week available to contribute alongside your current projects or employment?

We are looking for top-tier talent acquisition and recruiting professionals based in the EU or UK to help improve advanced AI systems.

What you’ll be doing

We are 10x Team, a platform for fractional and freelance professionals. We partner with leading AI labs to enhance large AI systems.

Your role is hands-on and high impact. You will:

  • Review and refine AI-generated outputs relating to talent acquisition, recruiting processes, candidate screening, and hiring best practices
  • Evaluate responses for technical accuracy, adherence to HR and recruiting standards, and relevancy to real-world recruitment scenarios
  • Draft realistic scenarios covering sourcing, interview evaluation, candidate communications, and employer branding
  • Create variations of scenarios from different roles, such as recruiter, hiring manager, HR specialist, or candidate
  • Identify gaps, misinterpretations, or oversimplified reasoning in AI-generated recruitment content
  • Assess and improve AI reasoning around structured hiring processes, compliance, and candidate experience

In simple terms:
You will assess and improve AI-generated content to ensure it reflects the realities and nuances of talent acquisition and recruiting practices.

This is not a traditional recruiting role. Instead of filling open positions, your expertise will guide how AI systems understand and reason about hiring and talent acquisition practices at scale. Your feedback will directly improve how AI supports recruiters, HR teams, and candidates worldwide.

Who this is for

You are:

  • A talent acquisition specialist, recruiter, HR professional, or similar, with several years of hands-on experience
  • Based in the EU or UK
  • Experienced across the recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
  • Comfortable identifying gaps in hiring strategies, candidate evaluation, and employer branding
  • Familiar with modern ATS platforms, HR best practices, and EMEA employment standards
  • Available 8 to 20 hours per week
  • Able to start in the coming weeks
