Talent Acquisition Intern

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern (m/f/d) to join our team at SIXT. In this role, you will support our recruitment team in attracting top talent, assist with administrative and coordination tasks throughout the hiring process, and contribute to building a strong and diverse workforce in an international and fast-paced environment. Your support helps ensure smooth recruiting operations while enabling our team to focus on connecting with the best candidates. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience 
• You support the end-to-end recruitment process, candidate communication including job postings and CV screening 
• You conduct initial phone screenings and gather feedback from interviewers 
• You maintain and update our ATS (SmartRecruiters) with candidate information and statuses. 
• You support employer branding initiatives such as social media activities and recruiting events 
• You assist with talent sourcing activities and prepare recruitment reports and analytics to support hiring progress 

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field 
• Experience Previous internship or short work experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage 
• Interest You have a strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR processes and are eager to gain practical experience 
• Communication You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and enjoy interacting with candidates and stakeholders, English fluency is mandatory 
• Organization You are detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment 
• Tools You are confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with ATS or HR software is a plus
