Job Summary

As our talent acquisition recruiter, you won't just fill seats you'll be the career partner for clinicians. You will own the full cycle recruitment process for our clinics from sourcing specialized talent like radiation therapist medical assistants patient service reps and nurses to mid-level physician placements you will act as a bridge between our hiring managers needs and the career goals of professionals you recruit.

 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Full Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end hiring process including sourcing screening, interviewing and negotiating offers for clinical administrative staff.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed and many other social media sources and niche medical job boards to build talent pipelines for hard to fill roles
  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with clinic directors to understand specific team dynamics and staffing requirements.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a “White Glove” experience providing regular updates and guidance to candidates throughout the interview funnel.
  • Onboarding Coordination: Partner with HR to ensure all credentialing background checks and license verifications are completed accurately before start dates.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on healthcare compensation trends and competitor offerings in the local market.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Educational Requirement

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience ideally in healthcare or clinic setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare regulations EG HIPAA state licensure requirements.
  • Soft Skills: Strong negotiation persistence and the ability to build rapport with diverse personality types.
