The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the organization's growth and strategic objectives. This role manages the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing candidates, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and guiding hiring managers through the selection process. The recruiter ensures a positive candidate experience while maintaining strong alignment with the company's culture and hiring needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team goals.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline health, and hiring outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and fair hiring practices.
