About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Partner is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role with a strong execution focus and a consultative edge. You will own recruiting delivery for assigned roles while partnering closely with leaders to improve hiring effectiveness, candidate experience, and leadership support. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who enjoys owning outcomes, using data to solve problems, and expanding their influence beyond transactional recruiting in a mission-based organization.

 

What You Will Do

Deliver full-cycle recruiting results

· Own recruiting from intake through offer acceptance for assigned roles in a fast-paced, operational hiring environment with multiple concurrent requisitions

· Partner with hiring leaders to clarify role requirements, success criteria, sourcing approach, and timelines.

· Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, community partners, and targeted outreach.

· Screen and assess candidates using structured, job-related criteria.

· Coordinate interviews and guide candidates and leaders through a timely, organized selection process.

· Support competitive, equitable offers and effective closing strategies.

 

Use data to improve hiring outcomes

· Track and interpret recruiting metrics such as time to fill, source effectiveness, interview-to-offer ratios, and offer acceptance trends.

· Identify bottlenecks or risks impacting hiring speed or quality.

· Conduct root cause analysis and recommend practical adjustments to improve results.

 

Coach leaders and support strong selection practices

· Coach leaders on effective hiring behaviors, interview readiness, and candidate communication.

· Train interview teams on structured selection practices, evaluation consistency, and documentation expectations.

· Reinforce fair, consistent, and compliant hiring practices.

 

Partner strategically with the business

· Serve as a trusted recruiting partner by maintaining awareness of workforce needs and operational priorities.

· Provide guidance on talent availability, recruiting strategy options, and market conditions.

· Advise leaders on hiring tradeoffs related to timing, sourcing, and selection decisions.

 

 

Strengthen employer brand and collaboration

· Support employment branding and talent engagement through online platforms, community partnerships, and targeted outreach.

· Collaborate with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, and Learning and Development to address issues impacting hiring, onboarding, and early engagement.

· Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives that improve recruiting tools, processes, and candidate experience.

 

 



Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

· Three or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

· Experience supporting high-volume or operational hiring environments preferred.

· Strong relationship-building, organizational, and communication skills.

· Comfort using recruiting data to inform decisions and improve outcomes.

· Working knowledge of employment and selection compliance requirements.

· Experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office, including Excel.

· SHRM-CP or PHR preferred but not required.

 

Work Environment

· Primarily in-person, office-based work (South Orlando) in a climate-controlled environment.

· Local travel to GICF sites within Central Florida during the business day.

· Schedule may vary based on business needs and may occasionally extend beyond normal operating hours.
