Talent Acquisition

At Siemens Healthineers, we are driven by our purpose to pioneer breakthroughs in healthcare. For everyone. Everywhere. As a Campus Recruiter focused on talent advisory, you will play a critical role in attracting and engaging top early-career talent. This is not a transactional recruiting role—it’s an opportunity to serve as a strategic partner to hiring teams, using data, sourcing strategies, and market insights to drive high-impact hiring decisions.

You'll join a small but dedicated University Relations team operating as part of a broader and collaborative Americas Talent Acquisition function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and HR partners to shape and deliver effective campus hiring strategies.
  • Act as a talent advisor by providing actionable insights from hiring data, labor market trends, and candidate behavior.
  • Proactively source and assess top talent for internship and entry-level opportunities using creative sourcing techniques.
  • Represent Siemens Healthineers on-campus, at information sessions, conferences, and networking events; frequent travel required during peak recruiting seasons (Sept-Nov and Jan-Mar).
  • Foster strong partnerships with universities, student organizations, and career centers to enhance brand visibility and candidate engagement.
  • Provide a best-in-class candidate experience from initial outreach through offer and onboarding.
  • Utilize Phenom (CRM) and Workday (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines, campaigns, and data reporting.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on employer branding, intern programming, and diversity outreach initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally focused on university or early-career talent.
  • Demonstrated ability to advise and influence hiring managers using data and market intelligence.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel during campus recruiting seasons; proximity to a major airport required.
  • Experience with Phenom, Workday, or similar recruiting platforms is a plus.
