This role is ideal for someone who loves recruiting but also enjoys rolling up their sleeves across HR operations, employee experience, onboarding, and people support. You’ll play a key role in helping us scale thoughtfully while creating an exceptional candidate and employee experience.

What You’ll Do
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments and levels
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, team structure, and role requirements
- Create compelling job postings aligned to Authenticom’s voice and culture
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and recruiting platforms
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and hiring logistics
- Improve and streamline recruiting workflows, interview processes, and hiring documentation
- Help build scalable recruiting practices and employer branding initiatives
Onboarding & HR Operations
- Own and coordinate onboarding for new hires to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience
- Prepare onboarding documents, system access requests, and new hire communications
- Support HR administrative processes including employee records, policy acknowledgements, and HRIS updates
- Assist with benefits administration, employee questions, and general HR support
- Help maintain compliance-related documentation and onboarding requirements
- Partner with leadership on employee experience initiatives and process improvements
- Support additional HR projects as the company grows and evolves
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or people operations experience
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable balancing recruiting priorities with operational HR work
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Experience with HRIS, ATS platforms, or onboarding systems preferred
- Bonus points for experience in tech, SaaS, automotive, or growing organizations

Compensation for this role is anticipated to range between $65,000-$75,000 annually depending on experience, skills, and overall alignment with the position. This role is also eligible for company benefits and future growth opportunities within the People function.
