POSITION SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition & People Experience Specialist Β is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for all positions across the organization, with particular emphasis on property management, maintenance, and leasing roles. This includes partnering with hiring managers to define staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, negotiating and extending offers, and ensuring a smooth transition into onboarding. This role focuses on the recruiting lifecycle and is not responsible for broader HR functions such as employee relations, benefits administration, or compliance training.
