As a Talent Acquisition Partner supporting our product & technology groups, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top engineering, product, and technology-specialized talent. You’ll work closely with hiring managers at varying levels of the business, leverage innovative sourcing methods and strong evaluation tactics to build a high-caliber talent pipeline to meet hiring goals. 

This is a hybrid type of recruiting role that will allow the opportunity to support other areas of the business with recruiting efforts as needed and gain exposure to other departments. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance high-volume recruiting, can operate under pressure, and incorporate personalized engagement strategies into their daily recruiting efforts. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative technical sourcing strategies, leveraging AI, automation, and Linkedin Recruiter. 
  • Take on additional requisitions on other departments on an as needed basis. 
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build structured and effective hiring processes. 
  • Engage passive talent through creative outreach and compelling employer branding efforts.
  • Establish an ongoing pipeline of top tier technical talent for future requisitions. 
  • Act as a brand ambassador for ButterflyMX – leveraging Linkedin and other means of marketing efforts to draw in top technical talent and stay on their radar. 
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including screening, interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations.
  • Cultivate a strong candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and feedback loops.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical recruiting.
  • Ensure a diverse pipeline of candidates in all hiring processes. 
  • Partner closely with People Team and business leaders to align hiring with company goals.
  • Participate in ongoing projects as needed to enhance the Talent Acquisition team practices and efficiency. 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting in high-growth tech companies or startups.
  • Deep understanding of software development, cloud computing, and other technical domains.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills – you can connect easily with all types of personalities and working styles! 
  • Ability/flexibility to support searches in other areas of the business as needed. 
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and Linkedin Recruiter.
  • Experience using AI-driven recruitment tools and automation platforms.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and improve processes.
  • Passion for staying ahead of recruiting trends and innovation.
