DescriptionAs a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be a strategic driver of Acosta’s talent strategy—leading full-cycle recruitment efforts and serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. You’ll play a key role in sourcing, qualifying, and onboarding top-tier talent while ensuring compliance, consistency, and a best-in-class candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract qualified professionals and accelerate onboarding.
- Lead and mentor junior recruiters, providing guidance and evaluating third-party agency performance.
- Collaborate in a team-oriented environment, sharing best practices and fostering continuous improvement.
- Train recruiters on Acosta’s strategic direction, recruitment processes, and compliance standards.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, attending regional client business meetings and representing Talent Acquisition across the organization.
- Manage and support special projects that address critical business needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles.
- Ensure accurate and compelling job postings are created to attract top talent.
- Work with sourcing teams to build effective pipelines using job boards, referrals, web searches, and industry-specific resources.
- Represent Acosta at networking events, career fairs, and online learning sessions to promote employer brand.
- Educate stakeholders on recruitment timelines, process improvements, and hiring strategies.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools to identify and advance top candidates.
- Conduct behavioral-based phone screens to assess candidate fit, skills, and motivation.
- Guide hiring managers on interview techniques and selection decisions.
- Extend offers and manage the negotiation, closing, and administrative aspects of the hiring process.
- Consistently meet performance metrics and recruitment goals set by Talent Acquisition leadership.
- Collaborate with HR partners and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including meeting physical requirements such as listening, seeing, and color perception.
QualificationsEducation
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in high-volume exempt and non-exempt environments
- Prior experience leading or mentoring recruiters is preferred
- Proven success in sourcing hard-to-find candidates and building strong talent pipelines
- Experience in customer service or related industries is a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid understanding of employment laws (EEO, ADEA, etc.)
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced internet sourcing techniques
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to apply technical terminology and concepts to daily tasks
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with flexibility for occasional nights and weekends
- Ability to train recruiters on best practices and recruitment processes
- Skilled in identifying top industry talent and leveraging referrals
- Ability to build and maintain proactive partnerships with business leaders
