Position Overview: Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and knows how to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes without sacrificing candidate experience.

We’re seeking a true full-cycle operator — someone who can think strategically, execute tactically, focus on collaboration and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get in the weeds.

If you love the energy of professional services, consulting, or sports & entertainment environments — and you know how to navigate complexity in a matrixed, global organization — this role is for you.  This is not a siloed recruiting role. You’ll be embedded in the business, partnering cross-functionally and influencing hiring outcomes that shape the future of the organization.

This is a high impact role and we’re building a best-in-class talent function — and we want someone who’s excited to help build it!

What You’ll Do
Own full-cycle recruiting across the organization:
  •  You’ll manage searches from intake to offer across a wide range of functions and levels — from entry-level to sr. level roles — partnering closely with leaders & hiring teams across departments.
Drive high-volume hiring without losing quality:
  •  You know how to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously (up to 12 - 20 requisitions at a time depending on business needs), prioritize effectively, and keep processes moving at pace.
Be a strategic & trusted partner to hiring managers:
  •  You’ll consult and advise on role scoping, job description refinement, interview strategy, compensation alignment, and candidate/competency evaluation.  You’ll also ensure and advise on equitable and bias-aware hiring decisions throughout the hiring process.
Get in the weeds (because details matter):
  •  Scheduling and high-touch candidate communication?  You’ve got it!
  •  Working inside the ATS?  Second nature!
  •  Data tracking, reporting, process optimization?  Absolutely!
Source like a pro:
  •  You’re advanced in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools. You know how to build pipelines, engage passive talent, and craft compelling outreach that converts to viable candidate connections.
Be a partner in creating a first-class TA Team:
  • We value Talent Acquisition Partners who think about scale, systems, and candidate experience — and who proactively recommend better ways to do things.

Who You Are
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Background in high-volume, fast-paced environments such as:
    • Professional services
    • Consulting
    • Sports & entertainment
    • High-growth tech or agency environments
  • Proven experience recruiting across multiple functions (corporate, operations, sales revenue, creative, etc.)
  • Comfort in operating in environments with shifting priorities and variable hiring demand
  • Experience recruiting for positions internationally (London, Mexico City to name a few international locations)
  • Comfortable navigating a matrixed, global organization
  • Demonstrated experience building diverse candidate pipelines and implementing inclusive sourcing strategies; proactively uncovering underrepresented talent through creative outreach
  • Strong ATS experience - TeamWork Online/SparkHire experience is a plus!
  • Proven ability to manage and evaluate large applicant volumes without compromising quality or fairness
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through; great attention to detail, documentation, data integrity and operational rigor
  • Nimble, flexible, and calm under pressure
  • Low ego, high ownership — you jump in wherever needed
  • This role may also pick up other HR related projects from time to time, so a background in HR would be a plus, but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable operating through the ebbs and flows of hiring demand
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing, market insights and process efficiency while maintaining strong human judgement, inclusive practices and a high touch candidate experience
What Makes You Stand Out
  • You combine strategic thinking with operational excellence
  • You’re data-driven but people-first
  • You build trust quickly with leaders and candidates alike
  • You anticipate and plan ahead and can understand the bigger picture
  • You care deeply about candidate experience and supporting an exceptional employer brand
  • You can pivot priorities in real time without losing momentum

Compensation & Benefit Details
  • Compensation for this position is targeted at $90,000 - $110,000

  • 401k Employer Match after meeting eligibility requirements
  • 14 Paid Holidays
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Paid Parental Leave

Working Conditions
  • Travel Requirements - Occasional travel may be required
  • Physical Demands - Extensive work in front of a screen
  •  Work Environment:
    • We’re seeking candidates preferably near one of our offices to work a hybrid schedule in office in Charlotte, NC, Nashville, TN or New York, NY.
    • Time Zone Flexibility: Must be able to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients and candidates across multiple time zones/internationally when needed.
