We are seeking a highly-skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global Talent Acquisition (TA) team. In this role, you will be responsible for high-volume operations recruitment at several of Eastman’s US Manufacturing sites, including Longview, TX; Martinsville, VA; and Indian Orchard, MA. Collaborating closely with the local HR partners and hiring managers, you will facilitate a smooth and efficient recruiting process, while supporting the full requisition lifecycle for high-volume roles. Your role will be pivotal in attracting and hiring external talent to support Eastman's corporate growth journey.Â
Required Education and Experience:
•   High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other related field preferred
•   At least 2 years of experience in a talent acquisition or HR role required
•   Experience with high-volume recruiting in manufacturing highly preferredÂ
•   Experience with university relations a plus
•   Experience with SAP & SuccessFactors a plus
Skills and Capabilities:
•   Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
•   Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with all levels of management, employee groups and candidates
•   Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative, proactivity and a strong sense of ownership
•   Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
•   Strong organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple assignments efficiently
•   Familiarity with Talent Acquisition systems, such as ATS and background check systems, to navigate and utilize technology effectively
•   Attention to detail and accuracy in work product, ensuring high-quality deliverables
•   Ability to adapt to changing deadlines and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience
