The Opportunity


CloudBees is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global HR team. The  ideal candidate will be adept at full cycle recruiting, skilled at partnering with hiring managers and leaders to assess role requirements, and experienced at engaging and closing top talent to support our company’s growth. This role will report to the Director, Talent Acquisition.


Your Impact


As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Stakeholders: Work closely with hiring managers to understand the needs and requirements of each role and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process
  • Build and Maintain Talent Pipelines: Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier talent. Develop diverse talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring plans
  • Candidate Screening and Assessment: Coordinate and conduct thorough screenings to assess the skills needed to succeed in open positions and at CloudBees
  • Diversity Initiatives: Actively contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives by fostering a diverse candidate pool and promoting a fair and unbiased hiring process
  • Candidate and Hiring Manager Experience: Ensure positive candidate and hiring manager experiences throughout the recruitment process
  • Work Cross-functionally: Collaborate with HRBPs, Total Rewards, FP&A, HR Operations, and other teams throughout the hiring process 
  • Attention to Detail and Data-driven: Use data to inform leaders about market insights, influence decision-making, and help shape and drive recruitment strategy. Maintain data on applicants within the ATS throughout the recruitment process
  • Assist in Transforming Talent Acquisition at CloudBees: Collaborate with the HR team to update recruitment processes and create a culture of hiring and talent 

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience 
  • Proven experience hiring a variety of roles in the SaaS industry. DevOps and/or DevTooling experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, market trends, and industry benchmarks
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels
  • Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and innovative environment
  • Strong time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
