As a Talent Acquisition Partner II, you will be using your skills and expertise to source and attract top talent. You'll be responsible for evaluating and screening candidates for a wide variety and level of positions and for promoting a work environment that openly embraces individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences--and for creating a positive candidate experience, as well. Using your knowledge of general business fundamentals and SNC business goals, you will use data-driven information to work with hiring managers and HR business partners to influence talent decisions. You will also have the opportunity to build and search for top talent using available SNC's TA systems as well as external resources.

As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications.

Must-haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field of study and typically 2 - 6 or more years of work experience

  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills within a fast paced environment

  • Demonstrated ability to proactively build and maintain customer partnerships both internally and externally (i.e. candidates and hiring manager)

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably WorkDay

  • Experience working in a service focused organization of comparable size and complexity

  • Experience with social media recruitment tools

  • Experience with salary negotiation and closing candidates

  • Demonstrated consultative and solution oriented approach to recruitment search engagements

  • Ability to Attain and Maintain a DoD US Security clearance

Preferred:

  • Experience with Candidate Relationship Management Systems (CRM)

  • Experience in the aerospace and defense industry

  • Experience with technical recruiting

  • Experience working in a service focused organization of comparable size and complexity

  • Experience with Workday ATS and Beamery CRM

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF), a federal government agency, handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance eligibility process for industry applicants.
