We are partnering with a market-leading European PayTech to find a Talent Acquisition Partner who knows how to close top-tier talent across various functions. We need a high-impact recruiter who acts as a strategic advisor to their Stakeholders, and owns the full lifecycle, from sourcing to signature.

Contract: B2B OR FTE (full-time employment) contract

Location: Remote (Germany OR Austria)

Language: Native or Professional Fluency in German and French is mandatory (minimum C1)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Full-Cycle Management: You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various commercial and operational roles. You take ownership of each stage, ensuring a smooth transition from the initial job briefing to the final contract signature.

  • Proactive Sourcing: You don’t rely solely on incoming applications. You proactively identify and engage with potential candidates in Switzerland and the wider DACH market, using professional networks to build a diverse and high-quality talent pipeline.

  • Stakeholder Partnership: You will work as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leadership. You provide market insights, help define hiring criteria, and ensure alignment between business needs and talent selection.

  • Process Improvement: You are responsible for setting up and refining hiring workflows, including interview scorecards and analytics. You use data to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and improve the overall efficiency of the hiring funnel.

  • Quality Advocacy: You act as a gatekeeper for quality, ensuring every hire meets the long-term needs of the organization. You prioritize a positive candidate experience and a professional representation of the company throughout the process.

Who You Are:

  • Bilingual Communication: You possess strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and French (minimum C1/Native level). You are comfortable leading interviews and negotiating offers in both languages.

  • Relevant Experience: You have at least 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, specifically within Commercial, Operations, or Tech functions. Experience in a fast-paced or scale-up environment with a focus on the Swiss market is highly preferred.

  • Reliable & Organized: You are productive under pressure and able to manage multiple open roles simultaneously. You are experienced with ATS systems and maintain a high level of accuracy in your work.

  • Professional Mindset: You approach recruitment with an "in-house" perspective, focusing on the longevity of placements and the strategic growth of the company rather than just filling vacancies.

  • Location: You are based in Germany or Austria.
