The Talent Acquisition Partner will serve as a strategic and flexible recruiting resource, with capacity to support a variety of functions across the enterprise. This role requires the ability to seamlessly pivot between different divisions, hiring priorities, and candidate profiles. The Talent Acquisition Partner will partner closely with division and department heads, hiring managers, the People & Culture team, and Executive Leadership to deliver high-quality full-cycle recruitment services aligned with the organization’s mission, values, and strategic priorities.
The ideal candidate is an experienced, full-cycle recruiter who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. They will bring demonstrated success recruiting for a variety of roles, including administrative, IT, and finance positions, and will be skilled in leveraging multiple sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines. The ideal candidate will also be an excellent communicator, a proactive collaborator, and someone who approaches recruitment with a strategic, solutions-oriented mindset. Creativity, adaptability, and a commitment to equity and inclusion are essential.
This position requires a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field strongly preferred) and a minimum of five years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including administrative and technical roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with HRIS systems is also required.
