This position will be based onsite in Miami and support the new OPO, South Florida Donor Network
POSITION SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for recruiting talented and high performing innovators into the organization through traditional and innovative recruiting channels to carry out the Organ Procurement Organization’s (OPO) mission to save and heal lives. This position will work across the organization with responsibility to recruit high volume and difficult-to-fill positions at all levels. This position will be expected to proactively market The OPO as an employer of choice and seek passive and active candidates for open positions. This position will be expected to meet the service deliverables for recruiting needs of the organization. The Talent Acquisition Partner achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; and managing relocation.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of recruitment or progressive human resources experience required.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point at an intermediate level. HRIS and ATS experience.
Certificates & Licenses: SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
Other Requirements: Ability to work and communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated excellence in communication skills, both written and verbal required. Ability to communicate in a pleasant, tactful, and professional manner required. Excellent administrative skills such as ability to organize projects, strong attention to detail, and demonstrated follow-through with projects required.
