The Market Recruiter is a member of a highly skilled talent acquisition team working on a mix of high-volume and hard to fill positions. The Market Recruiter serves as resource and business partner for the key talent pools in their assigned Acute and Specialty facilities. This position requires a talent acquisition professional that is resourceful, a great communicator, and excellent at identifying key skills and backgrounds that match the talent strategy of Acadia. This role is 100% remote.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
· Undergraduate degree preferred.
· This is position does not require previous talent acquisition experience, but we prefer 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
· Strong background and experience in administration support, along with excellent coordination skills.
· Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office; especially Word, Outlook, and Excel
· Ability to work professionally with sensitive, proprietary data & information while maintaining confidentiality.
· Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
· Ability to prioritize and plan in a fast-paced setting
· Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels; both internal and external and a customer-oriented attitude.
· Exercises sound judgment in responding to inquiries; understands when to route inquiries to next level.
· Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail.
· Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously within inflexible time frames. Ability to adapt to frequent priority changes.
· Ability to collaborate effectively with others
· Strong sense of urgency.
· Capable of working within established policies, procedures and practices prescribed by the organization.
· English sufficient to provide and receive instructions/directions.
