Position Overview:


We're seeking passionate individuals to join us as Talent Acquisition Partners for our Bench Training Program. No prior recruitment experience is necessary; we'll provide comprehensive training and support. If you're eager to learn, driven to help others succeed, and dedicated to diversity and inclusion, we want you on our team.




Responsibilities:



  • Participate in our training program to become a skilled recruiter.

  • Assist in recruitment efforts

  • Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify potential program participants.

  • Support administrative tasks related to recruitment activities.




Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • No prior recruitment experience required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
