Your opportunity
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will partner with business leaders and hiring managers to attract, source, and recruit mission-aligned talent across Anglicare. You’ll design and coordinate effective recruitment campaigns, ensure a seamless candidate journey, and deliver trusted advice to support high-quality hiring outcomes.
With integrity and resilience, you will:
Partner with leaders and hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment.
Promote and embed Anglicare’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across all recruitment activity.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using innovative and proactive methods.
Build and activate talent pools for current and future workforce needs.
Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process.
Support compliance requirements, contracts, and recruitment administration.
What you’ll bring
You’re a strong communicator and collaborator who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and creating meaningful candidate experiences.
You will need:
At least 3 years’ experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
Proven ability to partner with leaders and deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
Ideally, you will also have:
Experience with ATS platforms (preferably Workday) and AI-enabled recruitment tools.
Experience and desire to work in not-for-profit, aged care, or community services recruitment.
