As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving recruitment excellence across our consultancy. You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring for internal roles and supporting our clients with tailored talent solutions as part of broader transformation programmes. This is a dynamic role that blends strategic sourcing, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of high-quality talent outcomes.
We are delivering against some exciting growth plans, and as our team increases, we need support to attract the best talent across our 3 locations, United Kingdom, India, and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, so we are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Leeds.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Partnering with the Head of Talent and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define role requirements.
Creating a portfolio of attractive, location tailored role descriptions for roles across the business.
Managing the full recruitment cycle across business functions, from briefing to offer stage.
Building and maintaining talent pipelines for critical and future roles.
Championing inclusive hiring practices, always looking for ways to improve the accessibility of our hiring processes.
Contributing to employer branding initiatives and helping to shape our employer brand.
Supporting client engagements through the provision of talent advisory and delivery services.
Collaborating with client teams to scope and fulfil project-based recruitment needs.
Contributing to talent strategy development for transformation programmes.
Representing the consultancy’s talent offering in client meetings and workshops.
Maintaining accurate records in the ATS and ensuring compliance with data and hiring policies.
Tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics and insights to inform decision-making.
Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within consulting or professional services.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Excellent report writing and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights clearly and persuasively.
Sound judgement and confident decision-making, especially in fast-paced or ambiguous situations.
Ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities.
Ability to think creatively when it comes to headhunting, research, and resolving talent attraction challenges.
Experience supporting client-facing projects or external talent delivery is a plus.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
