Role Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition Partner, embedding yourself within the teams you support to understand their ways of working, hiring needs and the qualities that enable people to succeed.
- Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, proactively engaging talent before hiring needs arise.
- Build trust with candidates through thoughtful, transparent and consistent communication, ensuring they always know where they stand throughout the recruitment process.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process across a diverse portfolio of roles, delivering a seamless, efficient and high-quality hiring experience from role briefing through to offer.
- Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, balancing competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality, responsiveness and attention to detail.
- Embrace emerging technology and AI to improve sourcing, reduce administrative effort and create capacity for higher-value recruitment activities.
- Manage recruitment administration, including resume screening, phone screening, interview scheduling, diary management, room bookings, job advertisements and maintaining recruitment activity within Employment Hero.
Key skills and experience
Must-haves
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment, including experience recruiting engineering or other technical roles.
- Advanced sourcing capability using LinkedIn Recruiter, with a proven ability to build and engage high-quality passive talent pipelines.
- Build and maintain talent pools by proactively managing referrals, expressions of interest and passive candidates, ensuring talent is organised, tagged and nurtured within Employment Hero for future hiring needs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and partner with hiring managers to achieve strong hiring outcomes.
- Not afraid to identify recruitment bottlenecks, challenge ineffective processes and recommend practical improvements that strengthen hiring quality, efficiency and the candidate experience.
- Naturally embraces emerging technology and AI to improve sourcing, streamline workflows, reduce administrative effort and create more time for high-value candidate and stakeholder interactions.
- Experience recruiting within a fast-growing or scaling organisation, with the ability to adapt quickly, manage changing priorities and support hiring through periods of growth.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience recruiting within a FinTech or Tech environment.
- A genuine interest in investing, ETFs or financial markets.
