The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) is responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent that aligns with the organization’s goals and culture. This role partners closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs, build talent pipelines, and deliver exceptional candidate experience.

This position is fully onsite in Erie, Pennsylvania

Responsibilities and Duties: 

Strategic Talent Partner

  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates
  • Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles

Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer and onboarding.
  • Create compelling job descriptions and postings.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals).
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on hiring best practices, market trends, and candidate insights.
  • Facilitate interview processes and ensure alignment in candidate evaluation.
  • Drive effective decision-making through structured hiring processes.

Candidate Experience

  • Deliver a positive, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the hiring journey.
  • Ensure employer brand is reflected positively at every interaction.

Data & Reporting

  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness).
  • Use data insights to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Employer Branding

  • Support initiatives that enhance employer brand and talent attraction.
  • Participate in career fairs, networking events, and industry outreach.

Qualifications/ Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 0-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, applicant system (ATS) preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
  • Relationship-building and influencing skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality


Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand for long periods throughout the workday with intermittent periods of sitting, walking, and occasional bending, twisting, stooping, reaching and grasping as necessary to carry out essential job duties.
  • Dexterity requirements range from coordinated movements of fingers and hands to simple movements of feet, legs, and torso as necessary to carry out essential job duties. 
  • Lifting and carrying of children and/or objects up to 50 pounds
  • Will require occasional travel for recruiting events or business meetings
