  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements, agree on recruitment plans and maintain momentum throughout each search.
  • Proactively source and engage sales talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, referrals and other relevant channels.
  • Build pipelines across different levels of sales roles, including new business, account management, partnerships and sales leadership.
  • Screen and assess candidates against the skills, experience and behaviors required for each role.

What skills you bring to the team:
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end sales recruitment within the US market, ideally across multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Strong direct-sourcing and headhunting capability, with LinkedIn Recruiter used as a core recruitment tool.
  • Experience managing a high-volume workload of approximately 20–25 requisitions while maintaining pace and attention to detail.
  • A good understanding of different sales profiles and the ability to assess commercial capability, drive and cultural contribution.
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to challenge, advise and keep hiring managers accountable.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to respond quickly as business needs change.
  • A commitment to inclusive hiring and providing a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system; knowledge of HiBob would be beneficial.

You’ll know you’re successful when:
  • You’ve delivered strong, diverse shortlists and successful hires across a busy portfolio of US sales vacancies.
  • You’ve maintained pace and control across 20–25 requisitions, providing hiring managers with clear and regular progress updates.
  • You’ve increased direct hiring and reduced reliance on external recruitment agencies.
