Turner Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support a confidential client engagement involving corporate and field-based hiring across multiple functions. This is a project-based role requiring strong consultative recruiting capability, advanced sourcing skills, and the ability to partner closely with hiring managers in an onsite environment.

Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Partner supports a broad portfolio of hiring needs while consulting closely with hiring managers and stakeholders. The role includes proactive sourcing, candidate evaluation, offer process management, and ongoing communication to ensure hiring goals are met efficiently and with high quality.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a consultant and advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance, influence, and data-driven recommendations
Manage the full lifecycle of the offer process, from development through acceptance
Proactively source candidates using a mix of traditional and creative channels
Conduct thorough candidate reviews and present high-quality, well-aligned shortlists
Support recruitment across a diverse mix of roles, including:
Corporate and professional positions
Hourly roles
Roles governed by labor agreements or union rules
Field-based and technical roles
Power generation or power systems roles (helpful but not required)
Attend occasional job fairs or hiring events (minimal)
Support limited travel within Arizona to operational or field locations (minimal)
Education
Completion of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution that prepares the employee for this assignment
Experience
Required Experience & Skills
Proven experience as a top-performing recruiter in a corporate environment, with a consistent record of exceeding recruiting dashboard metrics
Expert-level proactive sourcing skills, including building diverse candidate pipelines through traditional and creative channels
Exceptional interviewing and candidate assessment skills
Extensive experience with HR databases, ATS, and CMS platforms (SuccessFactors experience strongly preferred)
High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills
Demonstrated growth mindset, with the ability to think creatively and execute new recruiting strategies
Strong, confident decision-making skills
Work Expectations
Hybrid role with a minimum of two (2) days per week onsite; may increase to 3–4 days depending on workload
Regular in-person interaction with hiring managers is required
Standard schedule: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Typically onsite at least Mondays and Tuesdays
