POSITION SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent to support our business growth. This position will be responsible for executing sourcing strategies for targeted Professional roles within the organization, ensuring we bring in the best talent aligned with our company values and objectives. This role will also collaborate with business leaders to effectively source, attract, assess, hire and onboard team members and manage a positive candidate experience. This role requires a proactive, creative and people-focused team player with experience in professional recruiting.
CORE FUNCTIONS
· Collaboration:
o Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
o Effectively determine the appropriate sourcing and marketing strategies for a range of generally salaried/exempt open/pipeline positions across the company, differentiating and disproportionality investing time and effort where it makes the most difference to the business.
· Sourcing Strategies:
o Identify, engage and manage high-caliber candidates through various channels depending on desired functional skills and role capabilities, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
· Employer Branding:
o Promote the company as an employer of choice by highlighting our culture, values, and growth opportunities through creative outreach and campaigns.
· Candidate & Stakeholder Experience:
o Provide exceptional experience for all candidates, ensuring clear communication and a seamless hiring process.
o Deliver a high-quality internal client experience, including regular/timely position updates to VP of Talent Acquisition, Hiring Leaders and HR Business Partners and follow-up with candidates throughout the interview process.
o Partner with SR Director of Employee Experience on effective vendor agency management related to recruiting activity.
· System Expert:
o Ensure proper utilization of applicant tracking system and other systems supporting recruiting activity, and communicate continuous improvement activities.
· Assessment Capability:
o Provide training to leaders across the company on defined process expectations, system utilization, and best practice implementation.
· Pipeline Development:
o Create and implement pipeline strategies for high-value and/or high-volume positions within the business client group(s).
o Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees.
· Data Analysis:
o Track key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
o Ensure that the Company's openings are filled, according to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), for replacing talent or hiring new talent for growth.
· Market Insights:
o Stay updated on industry trends and hiring best practices to ensure competitive recruitment strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is required.
· 4+ years of professional recruitment experience is required.
· Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required; experience using UKG/Recruitment Gateway is preferred.
· Experience with background check and drug screen processes and systems.
Required Licenses
· SHRM-CP or HRCI-PHR certifications preferred.
Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge
· Ability to source with various techniques and knowledge.
· Skilled in Microsoft Office, web-based technologies, and social media platforms preferred (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
· Desire to learn and grow professional.
· Ability to collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition team members, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
· Strong organizational and planning skills.
· Solid understanding of organizational candidate fit.
Travel
· Ability to travel to career fairs and other locations, as required, based on business need.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
· This position is subject to sedentary work; exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involved sitting most of the time. Walking and standing are required only occasionally.

Visual Acuity

Working Conditions
· Works in a typical office environment or productive remote setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
