About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage recruitment processes, support hiring managers, and share best practices with the Talent Acquisition and People & Culture teams. You will work on talent attraction strategies, improve recruitment efficiency, and enhance the quality of hires. You will develop training programs, conduct market research, and build external relationships, representing Bolton Clarke at career events and job fairs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designs and manages end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure appropriate staffing across business portfolios.
  • Supports hiring managers with job design, sourcing, phone screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer management.
  • Shares knowledge and best practices with the Talent Acquisition and People & Culture teams to enhance skills in emerging practices.
  • Uses advanced sourcing techniques to attract top candidates and build talent pools for critical roles.

About You

To be successful in this role, our preferred candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Human Resources is preferred. Any other related discipline or commensurate work experience considered.
  • Minimal experience in recruitment and talent acquisition in a mid-large size organisation, with knowledge of sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Talent Sourcing, Applicant Tracking Systems and Administrative Support for recruitment purposes is preferred.
  • Excellent Communication, Planning and Prioritisation and Customer Experience skills.
