Biotage is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and support recruitment across the EMEA region. In this role, you will help manage the recruitment process for a variety of roles across the business, working closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to attract great talent and deliver a positive candidate experience.

While the main focus of the role will be recruitment within EMEA, you will also support HR partners with recruitment activity in the US and APAC when needed, and occasionally assist our colleagues at Astrea Bioseparations (a bioprocessing business that is part of the Biotage group). You will work closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to support recruitment processes, build positive working relationships, and help ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience.

This role also offers the opportunity to contribute to broader HR initiatives, including onboarding, employee relations, and other HR projects during periods of lower recruitment activity.

As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising roles through to offer stage and onboarding.

  • Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and help coordinate the recruitment process.

  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.

  • Help build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

  • Ensure candidates have a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Support recruitment activity for Astrea Bioseparations where required.

  • Work with HR colleagues to maintain consistent recruitment processes and best practices.

  • Assist with onboarding and other HR projects when recruitment activity allows.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (either in-house or agency).

  • Is organised and able to manage multiple recruitment processes at the same time.

  • Communicates well and enjoys building relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

  • Is comfortable using recruitment systems and online sourcing tools.

  • Has an interest in diversity and inclusive hiring practices.

Experience recruiting for technical or scientific roles within Life Sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or related sectors would be beneficial, but is not essential.
