Do You Love the Thrill of Finding Exceptional Talent?
Some people fill jobs.
You build careers, solve business challenges, and uncover talent that others overlook.

Build talent pipelines before positions even become available.
Recruit for a diverse portfolio of positions including clinical, education, leadership, professional, and high-volume roles.
Partner with hiring leaders to develop customized recruiting strategies and provide market insights.
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to identify the best talent.
Present exceptional candidates while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Negotiate offers and successfully close candidates.
Represent Oak Hill at career fairs, colleges, networking events, and community organizations.
Strengthen our employer brand and help make Oak Hill an employer of choice.
Recommend innovative recruiting tools, technologies, and process improvements that increase hiring success.

Can confidently influence hiring managers and candidates alike.
Understands that every candidate interaction represents the Oak Hill brand.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities change quickly.
Celebrates every successful hire while already thinking about the next search.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (Master's preferred).
3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience.
Experience recruiting for multiple business lines and managing numerous requisitions simultaneously.
Strong sourcing skills and experience identifying passive candidates.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Business acumen with the ability to consult and influence hiring leaders.
Ability to travel throughout Connecticut for recruiting events and partnerships.
