✅ Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven – You’re not just comfortable with ATS platforms (Greenhouse and Workday preferred), you leverage them to optimize hiring processes and ensure smooth workflows.

✅ Colorado-Based? Fantastic, but Not Required! – While this role is remote, we’d love to have someone based in Colorado to collaborate in person when needed, attend monthly onsite meetings and quarterly team get-togethers.

✔ Find & attract top talent – Source, interview, and win the best candidates for our Marketplace using a competitor-beating personalized approach. (40%)
✔ Be the hiring manager’s secret weapon – Partner closely to define roles, influence decisions, and guide hiring strategies. (30%)
✔ Deliver an 11-star candidate experience – Keep candidates engaged, informed, and excited every step of the way. (10%)
✔ Optimize & innovate – Contribute to process improvements, leverage AI tools, and support our transition from Greenhouse to Workday. (10%)
✔ Stay compliant & ahead of trends – Ensure our recruiting process follows legal standards and keeps up with industry shifts. (5%)
✔ Be a key player in our hiring evolution – Collaborate with your colleagues globally to support our transition to AI-driven recruiting and refine our processes as we scale. (5%)

Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a base salary between $74,000.00 and $92,000.00
