Primary Job Functions
• Job Posting Management: Create, update, and manage job postings within the Applicant Tracking System (UKG); collaborate with hiring managers and Compensation to ensure descriptions are accurate and approved.
• Offer & Welcome Letters: Draft and issue all offer and welcome letters, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to candidates.
• Candidate Follow-Up: Monitor and follow up with candidates throughout the pre-hire process to ensure completion of required tasks and documentation.
• I-9 and E-Verify Compliance: Conduct I-9 verification for all new hires and submit E-Verify cases in compliance with federal and client requirements.
• Process Hire in UKG: Execute the “Process Hire” function in UKG, converting candidates to active employee records within HRIS and payroll systems.
• Compliance Oversight: Maintain compliance with federal, state, and contractual hiring requirements, including documentation audits and reporting.
• Reporting: Prepare, run, and distribute weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for leadership review, tracking key metrics such as hires, pending onboarding, and compliance status.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner closely with the Onboarding and Workforce Integration Manager to ensure seamless transitions between recruiting and onboarding.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and candidate experience across the talent acquisition lifecycle.

Education Requirements
Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Requirements
Required
• Minimum of 4 years of HR or talent acquisition experience with emphasis on operational and compliance processes.
Certification Requirements
Preferred
• HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
Working Conditions
• Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment requiring flexibility and initiative.
• Flexible scheduling may be required to support multiple time zones.
• Typical office setting with intermittent sitting, standing, and walking, and occasional bending, reaching, and lifting.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Strong knowledge of recruiting workflows, offer-to-hire procedures, and onboarding compliance (I-9, E-Verify, OFCCP, VEVRA).
• Proficiency in HRIS or ATS systems (UKG preferred); intermediate to advanced Excel reporting skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
